We encourage our clients to reflect on their leadership behavior and support them in developing the key skills they need in decision-making, negotiation, conflict and leadership situations. This allows them to expand their scope of action and gain sovereignty.
If requested, we can integrate a self-assessment and an assessment by others of the individual leadership competencies based on our “Future Leadership Skills” competency model.
