Glad you’re here.
Human’s mission is to make companies more successful with new ways of collaboration.
When coaching and consulting clients, leaders often ask us this question: How do I lead in a way that allows my team members to take ownership and make sure we meet our goals and at the same time create a culture where everyone is happy and can find their place within the team?
Leaders need an inner compass to manage this balancing act. We have developed the Human Model to provide a toolbox that can be used to find new solutions for unsolved challenges.
The Human Model provides a new, more effective understanding of leadership that enables leaders to find a balance between goal achievement and people orientation. Leadership skills are made conscious and developed, in order to master even complex situations. In other words: Human conveys a new language for the Future of Work.
