We participate in one of your weekly meeting formats (jour fixe, project meeting). Following the meeting, you will receive 15 minutes of direct feedback with practical tips for direct application in daily business.
6 weeks
- Kick-off coaching for self-evaluation on the seven dimensions of our leadership model
- 5 weekly meetings with Coach participation (JF/project meeting – on-site/online/audio, once a week), subsequent feedback (15 min.)
- Reflection, self-assessment and a trainer’s assessment of progress
